In India, there are plenty of healthy snack recipes that you can make at home or buy from the store. Here are some of our favorite healthy snack recipes from India.

Roasted Chickpeas

Roasted chickpeas are a great healthy snack and can be made quickly and easily at home. All you need is a can of chickpeas, some spices, and some oil. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then toss them in a bowl with some oil and your favorite spices. Spread them on a baking sheet, then bake in the oven at 350°F for about 20 minutes. Once they’re crispy, let them cool and enjoy!

Chana Masala

Chana masala is a classic Indian dish that can also be enjoyed as a healthy snack. All you need is some cooked chickpeas, some onion, garlic, ginger, and spices. Saute the onion, garlic, and ginger in a pan with some oil, then add the cooked chickpeas and spices. Cook until everything is heated through, then serve as a snack or as a side dish.

Vegetable Pakoras

Vegetable pakoras are a great way to enjoy some vegetables as a snack. All you need is some vegetables of your choice (potatoes, carrots, onions, etc.), a cup of chickpea flour, some spices, and some oil.
