Grilled Salmon with Herbed Rice



This delicious and healthy meal is perfect for any night of the week. Start by marinating the salmon in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs such as rosemary, oregano, and thyme. While the salmon is marinating, prepare the herbed rice. Cook the rice according to package instructions and then stir in a handful of fresh herbs, such as parsley, basil, and dill.
