This easy and delicious dinner is the perfect combination of protein and veg. Start by preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C). Beat two chicken breasts until they are flattened and season with salt and pepper. Spread each chicken breast with a tablespoon of cream cheese and top with some sliced asparagus. Roll up the chicken and secure with toothpicks. Place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with a side of your favorite low-carb veg.
