Here are some of the best vegan dinner recipes that you can make in no time.

Vegan Tacos

This vegan taco recipe is sure to please, as it’s packed with flavor and texture. To make vegan tacos, you’ll need to cook up some black beans, diced onions, and bell peppers in a pan with some olive oil. Once they’re cooked, mash the black beans in the pan and add some spices like cumin and chili powder. Once the mixture is cooked through, you can fill soft corn tortillas with it and top with your favorite vegan toppings like lettuce, avocado, and salsa.
