Vegetarian Chili

Vegetarian chili is an easy, healthy and delicious dinner option for those who are cooking for one. All you need is a pot, some vegetables and a can of beans. Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon is an easy and healthy dinner option. Start by marinating the fish in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and herbs. Let it sit for at least an hour. Heat up a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the salmon for four minutes per side. Serve it with some steamed vegetables and a side of quinoa or brown rice.
