Eating healthy and balanced diet is very important for our body. A healthy diet not only helps us to stay fit and active but also helps us to maintain a healthy weight. Here, we have put together a meal plan for one week which includes some of the healthiest recipes from the Indian cuisine.
Meal Plan For A Week
Monday: Breakfast – Oats upma with a glass of buttermilk. Lunch – Dal and chapatti with boiled vegetables. Snack – Sprouts chaat with a cup of tea. Dinner – Vegetable biryani with raita.
Tuesday: Breakfast – Methi parantha with a glass of lassi. Lunch – Whole moong dal khichdi with a bowl of curd. Snack – Mixed vegetable soup with some garlic bread. Dinner – Paneer tikka masala with chapatti.
Wednesday: Breakfast – Poha with a glass of fresh juice. Lunch – Masoor dal with rice and boiled vegetables. Snack – Aloo tikki with a cup of tea. Dinner – Paneer butter masala with chapatti.
Thursday: Breakfast – Masala dosa with a glass of buttermilk. Lunch – Rajma chawal with a bowl of curd. Snack – Carrot and beetroot salad with a cup of chai. Dinner – Veg pulao with raita.
Friday: Breakfast – Upma with a glass of lassi. Lunch – Dal tadka with chapatti and boiled vegetables. Snack – Pani puri with a cup of tea. Dinner – Veg kofta curry with chapatti.
Saturday: Breakfast – Idli and sambar with a glass of fresh juice. Lunch – Chana masala with chapatti and some boiled vegetables. Snack – Fruit salad with a cup of tea. Dinner – Vegetable Manchurian with fried rice.
Sunday: Breakfast – Rava dosa with a glass of buttermilk. Lunch – Palak paneer with chapatti. Snack – Samosa with a cup of coffee. Dinner – Paneer bhurji with chapatti.
