Place the two halves of the squash cut side down on a baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the squash is tender. Let the squash cool for a few minutes and then use a fork to scrape out the strands. Top the spaghetti squash with your favorite marinara sauce and some parmesan cheese. This meal comes in at about 280 calories.
