How To Make Healthy Butternut Squash Soup

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds. Place the two halves on a baking sheet, flesh side down, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the flesh is soft and tender. Once cooked, scoop out the flesh and set aside.
